Why can't we copy and paste because what harm can we do by Doing That.
What law is this Supposly Breaking?

It's called COPYRIGHT dave. It's also a little agreement the AFL has with Their advertisers that rely on Hit numbers to the AFL websites. We should be encouarging people to hit the cfc.com site everytime we can. |
I always put the link there as well, so People can go there as well.
Why should be People Encourage to go to the Site?

Well, I am just saying the Info is in the Public Domain even those the Copyright is with the AFL and Telstra and I am not making money off it, so I am Strugling see why they are winging

Try this Dave, maybe you aren't making any money out of it, but by posting a whole article from an AFL site or another site that has advertising connections, people don't need to go to the site you copied it from and you are therefore denying them revenue.
Short version, you post the whole article you cost them money.
That's why the idea is to copy the first paragraph as a teaser and post the link.

To Much Graphics and Flash is the Reason why the Sites are Slow

They've always been slow, slow to do something about it too.
As for the copyright issue. Pfft, just because a journo writes a few lines dosen't mean it is automatically "copyright". If you believe it's copyright, then the next time you a buy a newspaper, DON'T pass it on to someone else. You could be fined.

A couple of years ago we led the AFL in hits on official sites.
I think that turned into $500,000 +. |
