Which Tv shows would you want back on air, those that you used to love prior to them being pulled off air.

For me;

It's a Knockout - great show, used to love the state teams, rivalry was great. Saturday mornings??

Gladiators - obviously one of the greatest shows ever made, Saturday/Sunday? night was always a chance to watch it.

DFYTB - Dont forget your toothbrush, what a top show, aired from my memory 9.30 on tuesday nights, used to get a great laugh out of it. Wendy Mooney yes please!! Pretty sure it was that good it won a Logie.

Few others, Stingers, Blue Heelers, Hey hey, Glass house...

I'm with you on It's a knockout and DFYTB, but i would let all those go just to see the second series, nay, just the first episode of the second series of Last Man Standing....axing that show was just ridiculous...

Gladiators is coming back, advertising that tryouts are on in Sydney soon. I liked HR Puffnstuff.

Two of my friends are trying out for Gladiators. That was my favourite show when I was a kid.

A revised version of Hey Hey is coming back next year on Channel 7. Most of the old gang from it will be on it, hosted by Darryl Sommers. Won't be the same though Sad I was shattered when that show was canned.

I loved HR Puffenstuff when I was a kid, but some things should just not be revisited. Chanced upon an episode somewhere a couple of years ago. Like wow man, psychadelic 60's or what. Shocked Laughing

Most of that 60's stuff has not aged well.

Though, I'd love to see a new version of Knight rider or the A team. Or Wonder woman. Wink Linda Carter. Embarassed

that's a silly thing to say. there will be a whole generation, maybe not oyurs dtm, that will watch it for old times sake. darryl and ossie were an integral part of the show, along with red, wilbur and dickie knee. oh and plucka duck. can't forget the duck.

For me:

The Big Gig
Good News Week

All you HR Pufnstuf fans, are you sure your parents weren't stoners? I'm sure you all know what the show was a reference
to.

http://www.cannabisculture.com/articles/2926.html

(FYI, we have all episodes on DVD Embarassed Wink )

H.R. Pufnstuf who's your friend when things get rough
H.R. Pufnstuf can't do a little because you can't do enough
Once upon a summertime just a dream from yesterday
A boy and his magic golden flute heard a boat from off the bay,
Come and play with me Jimmy
Come and play with me
And I will take you on a trip far across the sea
But the boat belonged to a kooky old Witch
Who had in mind the flute to snitch
From her Vroom Broom in the sky
She watched her plans materialize
She waved her wand -- the beautiful boat was gone
The skies grew dark, the sea grew rough
And the boat sailed on and on and on and on and on and on
But Pufnstuf was watching too and knew exactly what to do
He saw the Witch's boat attack and as the boy was fighting back
He called his Rescue Racer Crew as often they'd rehearsed
And off to save the boy they flew
But who would get there first?
But now the boy had washed ashore Puff arrived to save the day
Which made the Witch so mad and sore she shook her fist and screamed away
H.R. Pufnstuf who's your friend when things get rough
H.R. Pufnstuf can't do a little because you can't do enough
H.R. Pufnstuf he's your friend when things get rough
H.R. Pufnstuf can't do a little because you can't do enough
