Cocky 1958...a Victoria Park mystery

We would have been very 'cocky' back in 1958, having derailed Melbourne's run of premierships, but a bloke known only as cocky has left his mark on Victoria Park in the mortar holding the old blue stone wall together just inside the Turner Street gates at Victoria Park.
