Had a great day today, travel half way round the country and back, to the artic centre, picked up my shiny new PC from the tea man, good company, good tea! And a fantastic apple crumble!
Cheers!

So you've crossed over to the dark side...

Well done. Wink

Last night went to a friends birthdae party.
He (and his wife and kids) are the caretakers at an historic horse breeding stud 30 or so K from Ballaarat.
I'd been there before and thought it was beautiful but had never had a chance to wander around the grounds.
WOW! It was stunning!
There are 4-5 houses, a huge race horse stable, 2 ornamental lakes a serious collection of rare trees and shrubs (I found a weeping hawthorn, that cheered me up two btw)! Very Happy).
As I wandered around the estate I came across a big hole/pile of rubble but I didn't pay it too much attention and took dozens of happy snaps of just about thing but the rubble.
I had a great night, got myself quite well smashed.
In the morning remembered where I'd seen that pile of rubble before.

I don't know if anyone's interested but here's a few shots of the place as it is after the fire...

Haha, I actually did that once, at our old house, my daughter was talking to her girlfriend, I got out of the backyard spa, dropped my bathers in the laundry, and walked down the hall! Oops! Who has a web cam now? Thankfully, none of us!

Got through today at work, half a day to go then 2 weeks off.

Plane to las Vegas leaves early Thursday, daughter going to drop me off at the airport rather than get a taxi (she volunteered). So looking forward to it. Very Happy

Actually, probably not so much. Apparently there have been instances of hackers gaining access to people's webcams and recording even when the computer isn't being used. A little hair-raising...

Have a good one & bon voyage. Malaysian Airlines?

I'm on my 2nd week of 2 weeks off. Hopefully taking another 4 or so in November & the same again in March. Use up some of the LSL.

I'd like that but I'm in the middle of stripping out my gearbox and trying to source a replacement so I'm stuck in town for the for the next few weeks.
I haven't had a chance to get down to Melbourne and watch a game but will next season and we'll have that coffee then.
Cheers and thanks.
Xx
