New side fence, 195cm high, tick
New guttering on the park side, all nicely linked up to the water tank, tick
Gate in fence, tick
Gence perfect height to stop any wind coming through into "gazebo" in back yard, tick
Damns, I'm looking forward to the weekend, bit of decent weather and getting outside.

So back to the hospital with mum today - 12 months since she was given 4 - 6 weeks with AML - no blasts, red cells and platelets back to normal range and all with no chemo or curative treatment!

Storm won.
Good crowd, lots of noise.
Not the best game skill wise, but good last 15 minutes by Storm.
Watching Craig Bellamys reaction to Mahe scoring a 50m try was a hoot.

You paid someone to open a sachet into a bowl, pour in water and microwave for 90 seconds? What did that set you back? Didn't they sell any egg related meal? |

I have this argument with my girlfriend every time we go out to eat. "Why do you want Italian?" she asks. "You can just make it at home in about 10 minutes for half the price."
Yeah, sure, but if we're going to go out for a meal I'd rather spend $15 on something I feel like eating than the same amount on some extravagant concoction that tastes like someone sauteed a large crab in chilli and battery acid.
