My under 11 lads got to sing the song 2 weeks in a row!! You beauty!!
Tough start to the season, 4 out of the first 5 games were against sides that are locked in to positions 2-5 on the ladder, they're that far ahead of the rest it's not funny; and in the other game which would've been a 50/50, 2 out of our best 3 players including our captain were unavailable and we lost by 20 points.
This week we play the top side that has a percentage of 950% !!!! 
But then rounds 10-14 we play those first 5 sides again..... 
Loving seeing the improvement in these kids though, the smallest guy in the team that was actually scared of the Sherrin 6 or 7 weeks ago - took an overhead mark yesterday!!  That's why we get out of bed early every Sunday morning!!

Great stuff. Must be that new scholarly look you've got going. You'd fit in perfect in a Brunswick cafe. 
For me, first day of holidays, done the washing, got all the clothes laid out to pack up for the trip, done some grocery shopping so the old girl will only have to shop for top ups while I'm gone and only got one text from work to please call. Work mobile phone is turned off on the desk and will stay there till I get home.
Down to 95kg so need some new clothes, which is perfect timing to do some shopping while I'm in the states, assuming I don't blow out to over 100kg again with all the good tucker around.

Apart from all the Birthday wishes which I appreciate, and doing the last minute prep for my holiday, A bloke I haven't seen since high school but have on facebook sent me a voice message via email.
Shit, haven't heard his voice in over 30 years, was really good.

Hubbys sister got the results from the Gene testing today (3 out of 4 surviving children with cancer, and both parents) and the result was negative. cannot express how relieved we are. double good news for her, now she doesn't have to have both breasts & ovaries removed, and a complete hysterectomy. and her girls, and mine, her sisters kids, her other brothers kids, do not have that time bomb ticking away inside of them.
pure simple unbridled joy and relief.
