I know it's sexist of me, but there was something a little jarring about seeing people cheer a woman getting kicked in the face.

Perhaps blood sports just aren't my thing. Razz

Hang on, I thought I was the sexist?

These women would beat the shit out of you anyway David, no need to get all Patriarchy on them. Laughing

I've never been in a ring or a cage, but I reckon I could too, must be racist!

My mum used to love those things, was that a real question? And the answer is right?

The answer is right (my maths not so much ie dishonesty is 10 letters not 9).

"Hides Tony's" is an anagram, the word "organisation" (sometimes they use "mixed-up, scrambled etc) tells me that the letters need re-organising to find a word that means fraudulent.
Dishonesty.

Here's another ....
What the dog did around the tree? (4 letters in the answer)

hint, it's not what you might think. Wink

Awesome. Love and care for others can be so simple and it is without doubt the most powerful thing in the world.

2nd day off work. Very Happy

Eased into it yesterday, I've been busy each weekend and feeling low on energy for the last week, so just took it easy.

Did some cleaning up, took some stuff to the op shop, we bit of pruning and tied the junk down on the trailer.

Just got back from taking the junk to the tip (bloody thing doesn't get any lighter as I'm getting older, lifting it off the towball is getting hard) so it's all empty now and ready to start filling up again with more junk. Very Happy

Good one Stui.

Just did a council hard rubbish collection. Old fridge, BBQ, other bits. Sill digging up (Mrs WPT has done quite a bit) of the couch grass /lawn to make another vege patch - I've been very tardy. The grass goes into the council green bins (I've nicked next doors while the new owner is developing there - two humungous side by side dwellings - no backyard) & borrow the neighbours because the don't do any gardening). Lots of weeding to do.

My last day of leave (26 days off - but who's counting). Back to the grind sorry back to the Police & ED.

Started swimming again in the very slow lane 1km (20 laps of freestyle alternating with breast stroke) - which I do every second day now for 3 weeks. (Memo to self: it's a good idea not to drink the chlorine at the Carnegie pool - very little rhythm so far but hopefully this will develop as I continue)

Back on the bike tomorrow to work - will be sore for about 2-3 weeks.

Already looking forward to taking 5-6 weeks off in Mid March through to the end of April 2016. I've got 4 weeks annual leave & about 19 weeks LSL.

Mrs WPT is now full time in her hoarding business & is no longer an employed nurse!!
