I went to Ballarat caught todae (again.. 9th time in 9 months).
(I couldn't believe the amount of security, protestors and camera crews covering the St Pat's trials)!)

I was asking for a restraining order basically requiring my neighbour (and her family friend) to stay out of my yard, not to come any closer than 5 metres to me and the missus and to stop goading me by word deed or what-ever)!
It was the third time I'd been to court but each time my neighbour from hell got the matter adjourned...
The girls said she can't pull another adjournment if she wasn't here, I wasn't so sure)
Todae we sat around for nearly 3 hours before I was called... and my nieghbour stihl hadn't arrived!
We went in and sat down...
I was told she'd sent the court an email asking for an adjournment because was stuck in Mornington, nursing her sick daughter all weak and she woke up this morning with a sick stomach (the daughter looked fine when I saw her playing down the street on Saturdae, but what would I know, I'm not a doctor or a geographer).
My friend K burst out laughing (it is the 8th adjurenment in row and she was there for nearly all of them, Thanx K Xxxx) and was told "You...(point point point) can leave said the Madj).
(I had my hand stoved in mouth to stop myself doing the same).
Any wae after i had good 5 minute say about what was going on I was granted the order!!! !
I also apologised for my friends behaviour, explained that she'd sat though 6 adjurnments and she couldn't contain her mirth.
The Madg said she understood fully and smiled.

I saw my lawyer outside before court and he said the police were pretty satisfied that the charges against my are flimsy at best and malicious at worst and "if" they drop the charges (there's not a shread of truth to either of them) they the police will be happy to pay ALL my legal bills (not official just yet, I was warned)...fair enough, he's a lawyer and doesn't like being quoted...
He did say he knows a pay only if I win solicitor that will be happy to consider a vexatious legitigent suit when all the Iii's are crossed and the tea spiked....or words to that effects.

So yerrr I had today THE happiest day I've had in nearly 9 months...

I apologise %100, I behaved like a 12 year old last week.
I'd blame the angry pills but that wouldn't be fair.
It's a character flaw born (I'd like to believe) of frustration and helplessness.

P.s
If there's one thing that has me reaching for the angry pills it's that I've never liked bullies and I've never liked intimidation.
That's what this woman (and her "family friend" that thinks he runs this town) have been doing to me and my reputation in this small town for the ;last 12 months!
I was told by everyone to lay down and give up, move/run away.. but I haven't and I won't, not ever.
Why?
Because If I didn't stand up to them, who else would?

If I haven't been myself (for quite a while now) I hope you can understand.
