I had a day of basically back to back meetings today with any number of time bandits trying to get into my attention spectrum in between with generally lazy questions they could deal with themselves if they extracted nose from sphincter and had a fkn look.

What made me happy is I got through the day with temper in check and didn't tell any *&%%^&(*^$ who seriously deserved it to fellate a cactus before using it as a suppository.

Daughter no 1 gets acknowledgement from her workplace: Manager of the year. Mid year she put in her resignation as she was going to do a BA in Psychology at Deakin. The workplace made her an offer:

A bit more salary, & they'll provide training, starting with TAFE like studies followed by a degree which they will pay for.

She's done very well for herself especially in the field of retail where the turnover of staff is high & they obviously value her.

She's got a great work ethic but I think she might get bored sooner or later.

I'll knock em out for you! But you might need to bob down!

I'm happy your happy. That's the first happy thing I've had today. Except Molly. Mollychased the ball. A lot. Molly's happy. And once today, Molly made me smile. I'm sure there is a $$%^%%$ target between my eyes today.

Scotch. Scotch is about to make me happy.

I asked one of my team today if I've really been such a grumpy cnut lately. She said that because I'm usually so calm at work and can take whatever happens without getting wound up, seeing me getting cranky was funny and taking the piss out of me for it was even funnier.

Confused

hehe serves you right!!

well I just watched "empire State" a pretty weird Rock movie, based on a true story, locked up in the movie room with junior, that cheered me up, and also seeing at least one of the days disasters actually come out right, cheered me up.

and then of course reading the illegal immigrant thread, well now that really cheered me up!!

so thankfully guys, I wont be doing the whole page tonight!!

(and I had wine, that's technically grapes, so im still following the raw diet!!)

cheers!

Dunno yet - just decided I will resign - haven't told em yet!

Got about 26 weeks leave so no need for a decision on what to do yet Very Happy

And I need to see the accountant - don't want 26 weeks leave paid out in the same financial year that I have worked full time as I reckon if I do that I won't see much of it Sad
