It's amazing (well it amazes me anyway?) what can be accomplished when I can keep a cool head.

Thanks for listening to problems the other week Tony.
It meant a lot to me.

Can't.

I'm an ex-hippy. Apparently I'm banned.

I don't really object to cooking for hippies ex or other-wise
I do how-ever object to waxing lyrical about the Moody Blues, star signs the 60's, the benefits of vegan/vegetarianism ...and cooking lentils!.. yick
An offer to eat lamb casserole is basically a time saving strategy.

Oh my, look at the time!

The stayed a weekend with you so off course you know what I'm talking about.

Btw, I hope your bottle openers came with operating manuals!

Btw2.
If I ever feel the need to sink my teeth into a delicious mung bean and kale bake you'll be the second person I call! (after I dial 000).

What made me happy today was knocking off early and getting home while it was still daylight. I don't know if it's a full moon or the universe is having a biorhythm fluctuation or what but I've had an interesting week.

We are what we eat so I guess that makes you both indigestible Greens that sitting watching movies on couch's and exchange little kisses every-time Jimmy Stewart says "Merry" and/or "Mary".

Barb bought a bunch of kale from the Talbot farmers market last sundae.
It's sitting on shelf turning a very nice shade of yellow (nice because it means I can throw it on the compost heap first thing tomorrow morning.

Hey ho David...

kale.

500g Rib eye steak on the bone, cooked rare, with a mushroom and green peppercorn sauce. Side dish, spuds either mash or scalloped.

if you want greens, sprinkle some parsley on top.

That's a meal.

I think putting parsley on 1/2 a k rib eye steak with mushrooms and green-pepper corns is taking this vegetarianism fad just a little too far!

Hold the parsley. With that main course you need to sprinkle a generous double handful of beta blockers over it and wash it down with a bottle of well-aged vasodilator or possibly a cheeky little statin.
