They just changed the name, Stui. These days, it would be non-PC to be a Queen's Counsel or (as appropriate) a King's Counsel), so they call them Senior Counsels. Lacks flavour, I reckon. Bring back the old fashioned QC!

The length of womens jeans shorts (and short in general) has reduced significantly.
They know resemble bikini bottoms.

Yeah, that's me alright!   
What made me happy was playing 'Settlers of Catan' last night with Lola and my sister until 2 in the morning. Bizarrely, Lola and I had only just taken part in a 4 hour session of 'Talisman: The Magical Quest Game' at a friend's house in the afternoon. And did I mention that these are board games involving trading farming resources and casting spells respectively?

Actually, I did bring my recently purchased book of antique maps along, much to Lola's consternation. Rather appropriately, I forgot to take it back with me!
