Vita Brits, no alternative. 1 & 1/2, microwaved for 32 seconds. Delish.
However since I have to eat as little fibre as possible I now have Rice Bubbles with a sliced up banana in it every morning.

Curious about the microwaving never thought to do that! How come? Does it affect the texture much?

Not much if only for 32 seconds, definitely not mushy. Just softens a little bit, milk a touch warmer, just improves it a bit IMHO.

And yes, Rice Bubbles are flavourless, hence the sliced up banana. Hard to find a low fibre cereal that has flavour and isn't full of sugar.

It heats it up and makes it mushy, quicker than a saucepan. branbix, 2, 47 seconds.

Have you ever tried to eat a wheatbix with no liquid of any kind? Had to do it in a challenge, its not easy!

Oh yeah, too many times to count! Certainly goes down better with milk or water, though (one technique I learned from my dad was that, when you run out of milk, you can just have Vita Brits with hot water still tastes pretty good).

You can put beer on corn flakes too, but I don't recommend it.

Just got home from a job as an extra. Stan Original miniseries called Bloom. Today was filmed at the Werribee Western Treatment plant, not far from the zoo. Fair fkn drive.

Got there at 3pm, left at 11pm. 3 hours of sitting around (including a nice feed) and 5 hours of standing out in the freezing fkn cold to get what would end up around 3 minutes of footage. 1 scene, filmed multiple times from different angles. I was supposed to be TV crew at the unveiling of a local memorial statue, it sort of morphed into minder for a very pretty young female journo.

Good experience even though I was (and everyone else) wishing they could just hurry up and finish as it got later.

Tomorrow morning I can go and check out the wiring job the sparkies did on my shed. I had to leave before they were finished. Got power and lights in there now. Then I'll go and pick up the ute I've bought and start swapping cars around. Smile

Just been out and checked the shed, boys did a brilliant job.

Overhead powerline from house to the shed, a celing fan, lights and power points in the entertaining area, overhead lights and power points in she shed and the outside light to shine into the garden (at at the neighbours elevated back porch), all exactly as planned.

I actually drew up a plan, to scale, showing where I wanted everything and snap, perfect. Very Happy

Quick ride to Mordialloc and back (strong head wind) on my lonsesome although joined a small group for a short while.

Have to clean the house before Mrs WPT (and the youngest) get back from Bali (Ubud) when I pick them up tonight. Lots of vacuuming, mopping and bathrooms to be done. A bit before the game & most afer going to the G.

One more week (4 night shifts FFS) then 5 1/2 weeks leave Very Happy
