Contract signed for the Asbestos Shack, loan all done, insurance, etc.
Settle on Thursday before the GF, gonna head up for some solo time ( I really really need that), do some measuring and cleaning up.
The owner asked if I'd like him to leave some furniture behind. Beds, Fridge etc. Shit yeah, saved me carting it up and saves him from a few trailer loads. I get to work through what I want to keep and chuck the rest. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Just booked 8 nights for October in Hua Hin which is a 2 hour ferry ride from here. Guesthouse 3 minutes from the beach in the middle of the bar and cafe area. Cost 200.00 for 8 nights with aircon, free wifi and cable tv. Taphouse so hopefully has a few beers to sample and run by an Englishman. Looking forward to some fresh seafood and the bars close 2 hours earlier here so it should be quiet. _________________ Annoying opposition supporters since 1967. |

No full moon parties etc in Hua Hin as it home to the Royal Family. There are bars of course but it is more like Thailands Portsea than Gold Coast. Horse rides on the beach, a few wineries (bad ones) but is very clean as is the beach.
If you want a quiet room we have 2 and the housesitter works from 4.00 pmuntil 2.OO am. And she will probably sleep downstairs on the floor. Only have to walk the 2 poodles once a day. _________________ Annoying opposition supporters since 1967. |

Nice to be home. Mrs WPT's business is booming but not the revenue side yet. They need more employees and pay award wages in the SACS award to grow. They employ on 24 yr old at 0.8 who is doing great guns but they need to employ more. THey also employ two-three casual staff who are expreienced ex psych nurses that top up their retirement super.
They wish to employ a cleaner who isn't too fussy about the challenges of people who hoard or live in squalor. ? on what basis.
They are getting quite diverse referrals including simple case management of complex clients & fill a void as a lot of people these days are too inexpreienced with complex care needs etc.
Youngest has now finished up as acting EO for a judge& has accepted a postion as case manager to a registrar ( a job usually set aside for a person with legal raining) the registrar is a lawyer. This was quite an honour as she was honest with them that she wants to study law next year.
So far she's been sucessful for a place at Monash for the post grad jurisprudence law degree but wants to get into Melbourne. Melbourne has offered her a place but she can only attend if she gets a highly competitive HECS place. She finds out in November if her application is successful.
Oldest had a great time in Oxford & learnt a lot. Nothing said so far but if things continue to be positive for her she may be heading back to Sidanee at the end of the year for a bigger role than state retail manager. _________________ “I even went as far as becoming a Southern Baptist until I realised they didn’t keep ‘em under long enough†Kinky Friedman |

So I thought I'd treat myself to an all over oil massage, as soon as I laid down my noe blocks up! I embarrassingly snorted for about half an hour and the guys says moment please and switches to torturing my big toe! Next thing you know I can breathe completely on that side! So he does the other! I always thought reflexology was bullshit but it bloody works! Feeling really good now! Off to the cemetery to visit mum, been five years, got done really nice flowers, cheers xxx _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |
