Thanks everyone! The magazine is called Screen Education and is aimed at media studies teachers and students. It's a bit in both camps, Stui – leans reasonably mainstream, but there's space every issue for stuff that's a little more off the beaten track. I'm pretty amazed by the calibre of writers – its list of contributors includes some of my favourite film critics, people I've read for years and admired. Can't quite believe my good fortune in getting this role.

good stuff. really good stuff. Looks like it combines a number of your hot buttons all in one gig.

Congrats and enjoy. Give yourself 3 months to get the hang of how everything works, then start looking at how you can make it better.

This is last week's news, but I've been so busy I haven't had time to post about it: I got a job! A real job, editing a film and TV magazine. It's hard work, but I'm already straight into it and have the print deadline for my first issue due in 10 days. That's what's been making me happy for the past week and a bit. Smile

Congratulations David, well done. Good on you.

Yeah, delightful people. They did VCE together & it was also a year she got pregnant. His mum (Mrs WPT's sister) & then partner built a self contained bungalow at their. Lots of family support, level headed kids & extended family. Her mum is also level headed & supportive. Very much into Rudolf Steiner but not fanatic about it

Got stuck in Camberwell for a few hours today.

The only people I saw wearing any kind of sporting gear were 3 kids in Collingwood jumpers.

God bless you you little scamps.
