Hey well done both of you.

Not sure if your close to my age Mandy, with a grown up daughter you've probably got to 40, so if menopause is looming, it gets bloody hard. Bread. Forget bread! I have half a sour dough roll (the Coles ones) for breaks with avocado and an egg, and that's it for the day! Anything white except cauliflower. Which I've strangely become fond of, after detesting forever! But not as rice, or crust, it's just ugh, it's like sand! Roast it and make soup, add some onion and garlic, tumeric, yum.

And the walking is great, build stamina and fitness, weight bearing, builds your bones, do you take calcium and vitamin D?

Off to the gym! Cheers and really well done.

Stui I would have thought for your height that's a reasonable weight? Just distribute the 'six pack' to the arms shoulders! Hic!

I've been given a new role with the Southern Football League in Tasmania, I'm now a big member of the SFL Media, going to be more active in doing work for them going to also do the SFLW. I have been tasked with working under a woman that did some writing for the SFL last season, she's going to be the boss, but I am not fussed with not having the boss tag I am happy with my thing.

We're going to exchange ideas, and such via texts and such. Means we're going to have to work out what games each are going to etc. She lives out in the same area as I do so maybe she will end up at New Norfolk games.

So that's a plus for today.

For my height it's not bad, I can live with it. My shoulders are OK but there's no chance I'll ever have big arms unless I get on the roids. Gym junkies with the big arms are useless when they have to lift things that don't have a nice round handle to hang onto. Mine work well enough, though not as good as they did 25 years ago. Mad

Costco premixed margarita. tequila should be considered a superfood.

Oh, plus a service I set up won an awards at a public sector awards gig last night. Very Happy

My ex boss thinks it was his idea. i'll give him credit for the name. He conveniently forgets the 2 discussion papers it took me writing to get him on board before he agreed to let me work up the concept, write the business case to get approval, develop the spec for how we wanted the software to work and then oversight both the actual and strategic parts of the implementation (all with great support I must add from the person who actually manages the service)

We invited him to the awards ceremony and, when he made a crack afterwards about wondering how many people would now put this on their resumes, I just grinned.

Well that was a bust!

Registered for the presale and by the time I got through proving I wasn't a Bot (5 minutes), all tickets were gone for Melbourne show on the 6th.
Will have to see if I can get tickets via General public release.

Actually got some work done today instead of spending all my time in meetings getting more work with no time to do it.

I was able to clear about 5 hours in my calendar and if I didn't actually get ahead of the game I did get my head above water which means i won't need to spend half of Saturday working. Very Happy
