Bought a second hand pair of loud speakers. Only a few were imported to Australia from the UK. My other loudspeakers are Spendor S2's from the early 1980's.

The new ones are Mission E83 Elegant

No one was whinging, just telling the truth, they all play NBA, the Aussies too for the most part, so they knew they would come out firing with everything they had. The only really rough bit was Boguts block, lucky no one got hurt. Delly is known for playing Hawthorns unsociable game style!

Damn shame Curry did his knee and Lebron and Harden chose to rest. And the sentimental me would love to have seen Kobe have a go. Man if they had shown up it would have been an awesome game.

Patty Mills was great. Should make for a good finals programme.

Nothing like seeing the best, or almost best, of the best, no matter who they play for. And I thought the USA coaches were pretty generous in their praise of the boomers.

Fiji winning their first ever gold medal at the olympics in the Rugby 7's

And the fact that they utterly demolished England to do it, even better.

I've gotta watch the video, most of the commentary I've read is that they were just playing at different level, almost a different game.

Those boys will be national heroes back home. Good on em.

Solo many people we know at the footy! Hubby runs into a guy that works for the place that brought our mustang out from the US for us, and five minutes later I'm asked if I want to go to Vegas for a week cup weekend! Hell yes!!!!

First ever medal of any colour I think?

Must watch simply outstanding - on a different level than everyone else and so humble and gracious!!!

I like Hayne but I'm glad he didn't get a gig - I read it took the team 9 hours to get from the airport to town after winning the World Championship cause people kept stopping the team bus for photos and the players would oblige - could take a week this time Laughing Laughing

Yep, like those. I live in a small house & the speakers are quite narrow & about 1.2 meters tall I think & very stylish. Take up less space than the other speakers which are a rectangular wider box on a tubular stand but not considered big speakers.

Cheers.

cool!

Hubby picked up our new telly yesterday, we had to order it. Samsung SUHD 4K, oh man the picture on it is incredible, just watched Chicago Fire and I swear I could have walked into the tv and climbed the ladder! (The old plasma eats too much power apparently) Got a matching sound bar thing, it's awesome. And better yet the telly has a controller that picks up everything, so you can just use the one control, and it has voice control! And thankfully, the heater repair man came today, so it's toasty warm! I may not leave the couch until summer hits!

Cheers
