Thanks Stui, I've used menu log. In the end hubby got home early to show someone a car, and they didn't show, he cooked while I was in the shower! But then I had a car club general meeting, OMG what a muck up! Someone who didn't have a proper membership wanted to go for president! A younger guy, everyone else is older than the oldest vintage sprinter, actually probably older than the flindstones car! It was entertaining anyway, I didn't fall asleep this time!

Thanks, lost another kilo. I am meeting the surgeon next fortnight and now the wait they think within 12 months they want to try and do it sooner cause of the funding they have. It means further changes to the diet, but that's okay I know it will be hard work, I am looking forward to it.
There's a lot of upside to it all.

Boomers vs USA about to start. Special recognition to the Aussies who beat the undefeated (black and orange) team in the beach volleyball in three sets last night. Cracker of a game.

Man what a match! If they both make the gold medal game it will be a cracker!
And bogut could play for hawthorn!
Great to see some countries getting their first ever gold medals, Vietnam for one. The delight on their faces.
And the fat dude swimming, good on him!

Just watched that brilliant!! Reaction of his school mates was pretty cool too. Oh and the Aussie boy ? McEvoy who was favourite and didn't medal was a class act after the race 👍

I have no idea who he is, but yes was a great race, and the other Aussie was all class, that's what it's all about.
Gracious in winning, and gracious in defeat, the rest can wait til later
