Going to do a Diploma of Education then teach VCE level History. That's the plan anyway. |

(I ask my kids the same thing, didn't go to Uni, so it's a mystery to me. I don't get why law comes under Arts for a start!)

Finally locked down the East coast part of our trip, gees it's expensive that side of the USA! Just LA to go now. I am so looking forward to a decent holiday!

It doesn't. It's a separate faculty. That's why you get a law degree, not an arts degree, for studying law. Of course, many people who study law study something else first (or at the same time), so you get a lot of people who do a law/science, law/arts or law/commerce degree. That has changed at some universities (eg Melbourne), where you now have to do a "generalist" degree (arts, science, commerce etc) before you can do law, medicine and the like as "graduate degrees". |
