Sorry, a day late.
Rocca, Dawes, Reid and Bryan spent a lot of time with BT in front of goals. Dawes just about nailed 50 from 50. Medders and Dids did some work too, although they were more with the mids.
I posted in the Bucks thread re the Great One, but he is MORE than ready now. Pendles looks great too. It is a pity these two careers did not cross paths a bit early.
Josh looked fit and relaxed so I do not suspect any injury. Just confidence for big Josh. He will lift for the finals for sure.
Ben Davies looked sharp.
Jimmy, Presti, Maxy, Wakes, Heater and H all trained well. H left early.
Plenty of boys on the track, did notice any absentees although there may have been a few. Daisy?
There was an extensive drill running the ball quickly down the middle and then kicking for goal, looked very sharp.
NOTE: Eire Marty kicked a casual 70m drop punt from inside the centre square through the goals ON THE FULL! This kid can play peeps!!!

wat a ridicolous statement he looks dumb. obviously is backtracking going backwards or something
and if pendles is fit i wont b suprised if he plays for willy with micks obsession with the youngsters always tiring at the end of the year
altho if mckenna coaches this week mite be a different story.

Actually he did look a bit funky. That is sort of a half Sumo-suit he has on and their use so the boys can bash and crash a bit. Clemo and Maxy had one on too. In that instance Medders ran in full steam and at that point was stopping and changing direction as Cara comes toward him making the clearance.

My dictionary says .....
Dawes....Man mountain, Outhouse, Australian slang for brick shithouse, Gibralter..also a brand name for demolition dynamite, wrecker, gatecrasher, bulldozer, barge.

lol thanks die4pies fantastic as always.
Can someone explain to me why we train on tues/thurs for a friday game, and then train tues/thurs for a saturday game. Surely we have got it all wrong... it should be monday/weds for a friday game. I heard Paul Roos talking and they train exactly the same amount of time before a game each week. eg Thursday 5pm if its a satuday night game. Wednesday 5pm is its a Friday game, Thursday 12pm for a Saturday game ect...

And that is why they couldn't run last Friday night - brilliant Pies.
Joffa they may keep Dynamite under wraps this year for a full pre season and let him loose in 2008 fully fit and raring to go.
