nah, phone banking shits me. i hate having to try to explain to someone what I want them to do, I much prefer to just do it myself.

But I hate it too!
Went to the Westpac Friday to deposit money from a caravan we sold, and it was shut. Had been since Christmas Eve. This was at Altona gate shopping centre. The nearest open branch was either Werribee or Footscray. Went to point cook today, no tellers! It's all automated. I stood in a queue for 20 min and said to the guy on the enquiry desk, how do I deposit? He said the machine over there. I said no way, it's a lot of cash, I want it counted. He did it grudgingly! Gees bloody pathetic!
Yesterday I rang the rego branch, I booked in a vehicle for rego for today, and forgot the time! After being on hold for 15 min, I said can you confirm the time. No because it's in your husbands name. FFS! I booked it I said. Doesn't matter she says. I hang up pissed off. I ring back, 15 min later, same voice! Told her I was my husband. She hesitates. I had the sex change line ready, I was ready to give it too her for misogyny or being a bigot! I give her the info she asked for, she confirms the time!
$£$%^%%$ stupid system! But I laughed, and in the end, so did she!

Dicks who put chevy bow ties on their SS commodores. It's not a chev, it's a holden. I wonder if they'd do it if they knew they're on Cruzes and other little buzz boxes in the USA 😃

Agreed, mind you many GMH Aussie made models such as the Commodore and Cruize are sold overseas as Chevs overseas. |

The SS has a Corvette (Chevy) engine. So I can understand it on a V8, but putting one on an Aussie made V6 is just stupid as the car and engine are all Holden.
I could understand a GM badge, but not Chevy. Why not put a Pontiac badge on it, or Cadillac?

Forget stickers and badges, the world's biggest wankers drive the Collingwood B&W Edition Commodore. How small of a dick must you have to drive a Collingwood car.

Where else would you find someone who'd bought one other than a Collingwood message board?
Personally I like older Mercedes and will pretty much buy a Merc 10 years older than the equivalent priced Ford or Holden and it will still have less problems, last longer and drive better.
Wouldn't buy a new one though, so overpriced. |
