hah, nah I bought it from a shop after checking it out. It's a resistance trainer, similar to the totalgym.

Nah, although the new fence will be good.

I used to walk along the top of the fence palings to clean the gutter til the palings started to break and i realised I was in some dangerous territory.

Now I should be able to walk along the top rail which will be much safer. Razz

Getting old sucks, trying to do fitness stuff sucks worse.

Did a good session in the home gym on Sunday after spending the day cleaning up the shed.

give it a few days for the muscles to recover (I'be learned that the hard way) and give it a nudge on the pilates machine tonight.

Right knee that hasn't given me grief for a fair while now decides to get sooky. Right in that divot in the front, right side below the knee cap, fkn hurts to walk. Evil or Very Mad

Seriously, get over yourself knee, I fuckedyouup in 1980. You've had long enough to grow new ligaments and shit, just HTFU and work like you're supposed to.

That's were the ligament attaches that crosses behind the knee. Get some voltaren into ya (I find it goes best with red wine, but probably not!) too late for ice, keep it warm and do not let your knee go past 90 degrees for a while. Ie don't kneel down!

I never hurt myself in the gym, but gees I do some damage walking around! Tripped over a bolt sticking out the ground yesterday, and twisted my good knee! And I still have a pea on the side of my head from smacking the toilet! And I rolled over in bed last night, and my shoulder I hurt in the same fall, popped out again!

Yes getting old sucks

(Ps in the infomercial his wife looks amazing, but chuckie boy looks terrible with the dye job, just sayin!)

Actually, grab foot behind back and pull upward to touch your arse, hold until knee makes noises like rice bubbles when milk is first added, then release.

Repeat until knee no longer makes noise.

it's fine now. Wink

Why do you want to burn toast?

I love a bit of toast with burnt areas.

Spread it thick with margarine or accompany it with some honey or deviled ham spread.

Yummy.

Carcinogens honey, not good for you. Stick to golden brown!

And butter, not margarine!

Can't spread Vegemite on proper golden brown toast...... I'm with Swoop all the way.

Gotta darken & harden the shit out of each slice, melt the butter in straight away and all the way to the edge, spread the good stuff, then dollop some soft Avacado randomly on top - and there you av some 5-star Vegemite on toast right there!! Very Happy

Ugh, avocado and vegemite? Really?

I like toast with a bit of avocado or coconut oil, pink lake salt, and a dash of lemon juice, sprouted grain or sour dough, yum!

Oh Stui, the avo one tastes like nachos, and the coconut oil is to die for!

I buy a massive jar of the unprocessed organic stuff, use it for everything, mix it with brown sugar and lemon for body scrub, put it on sunburn, even the bald dog! Makes him smell like a pina colada!

Cook fish in it, it's divine!
