Dislocating my shoulder while on my 30 year wedding anniversary holiday!

And I didn't do it the way most of you are thinking! Otherwise it would be in the What makes me happy, thread.

Bugger Ken, no fun there.

For me, 2 days in a row just feeling like a pinball being battered from pillar to post, except it's mentally. I either have a special ability to be able to cut through complexity and simplify things or there are a lot of people who have a talent for overcomplicating things. On top of the cumulation of the last few weeks I'm just about brain £$%$ed.

I returned home from a pretty shit time in Melbourne, got home and I had a text from Megan suggesting we weren't working and she wanted to end things but still be friends. It seems some dramas in life are making her think about that I suggested well we can take a break but don't need to break up, people go through shit but can still be a couple through it our issues aren't major they're minor compared to the rest of the world.

I had nowhere to stay past Sunday so I changed my flight and came home, friends said I could have stayed with them if I had have asked them but I felt after the few days I was there went so poorly that I might as well not prolong that agony.

we're still listed as a couple, someone told me she had hidden her status, I am not sure what that all means. I've been battling a few issues, depression has been kicking my ass and this has helped push me further there.

I'm not coping that well with a few things going on that aren't good.

Hey honey, that's no good. Might be an idea to see your GP, have you seen one before about depression? Can't hurt. I think I might, I'm so grumpy at the moment, I might kill a bummer supporter.

keep your chin up mate, you've had some big wins lately, and don't forget life's a roller coaster, and the dips make the next bit even more exciting.

Keep talking to us mate. Cheers, and hope things get better quickly xxx

I am seeing my doctor next week when she moves her office, it will be a nice drive to Kingston. I was seeing a counsellor before may get a new referral to another one and see how this goes.

I've not been sleeping too good, have a few night terrors lately just trying to figure my head out which is giving me grief.

I suppose the positive has been that I've been listed as a coordinator at Glenorchy Juniors, I start Sunday.

Megan and I got to talking and she was saying it was timing and us talking I said well I can understand the timing thing as she's got a lot of things going on and needs to get through them, the talking thing we can fix as we've both had things on and it's not a reason to break up.

She said she needs space so I am just giving her that but said I'd like to be there for her if she needs me. The only thing has been she's not really opened up to me that much, I guess that will come.

GP's who don't bulk bill (mine does to my family & me & his pre-existing patients) & so called counsellors from the Better Health Outcomes who GP's refer others to, who also don't bulk bill.

Sounds like a good plan Proto & congratulations on the appointment.

Nope not yet, still have not had a prognosis with Easter and holidays have not been able to have scans done, have to wait until Tuesday to get them done and then see the specialist on Friday the 17th to see what the next step will be.
Not a happy camper!

People who don't clean the toilet at work after they've used it, expecting others to do this for them. Pisses me right off & shits me too Wink
