It was the last day at work today for 21 people after the first round redundancies.
1 guy had been there 29 years! I'm sure the hundreds of thousands of dollars payout made it easier to cope with.

Real Estate agents.
Since when can you put an offer on a place, the vendor accepts it, but it's still on the market/open for inspection until the end of my cooling off??
Supposedly the agent won't tell anyone my offer, but if there are higher offers over the weekend I get to offer more. 
Time to find someone to go to the opens & bag the place. |
