Jason Cloke will follow his father into AFL ranks after being named to Collingwood’s line up for their round two clash with the Eagles.

Cloke is one of two changes for the Magpies, who also included Ryan Lonie. Round one debutante Richard Cole and Andrew Dimattina are the two players from Collingwood’s first round clash with Richmond that have made way.

Cloke, aged 19, will debut for the club that his father, David, spent seven seasons with. The younger Cloke impressed in the Wizard Home Loans Cup and has been named on the bench. Cloke was drafted after impressive TAC Cup displays with the Eastern Ranges.

Lonie, who finished fourth in the AFL Rising Star award last year after playing in 21 games, returns to the half bank line after missing the season opener with a hamstring injury.

Collingwood full forward Scott Cummings who kicked five goals against Richmond in the opener will line up against the Eagles for the first time since crossing from West Coast to the Magpies in the off season.

Collingwood takes on West Coast at the MCG on Saturday, the club’s first home game of the 2002 campaign.
