Just wondering what people use and prefer
Personally I love my laptop, had them for the last 8 years and they are great, so easy to pack up and take anywhere, now with wireless just pop up the antenna and you are on the internet anywhere in the world, hassle free, couldnt live without it, especially when away its great to search up information for the day like weather and directions or even a place to go to go |

| Desktop has greater processing power and you could do a lot more but I also have a laptop which I love as I can sit in front of the TV or even the veranda and still surf the net. |

As was said above, the desktop has more processing power etc. However, I had a laptop for work for years and am probably gonna buy another one soon, just for the convenience.
Use the desktop as your main gig and have an inexpensive laptop for surfing the net etc in more convenient locations.

I use both...desktop for home,laptop for radio station and also when mobile.....
