i need love advice pronto!!!

hey girls,

i was wondering if i could get some love advice fast??

well i got this new guy in my life that i like we have been talking for about 3 and a half weeks now and we always seem to get along and stuff but not long ago wen we started talking he said he didnt want to lead me on because he liked someone else but then a few days passed and we were talking on the phone till 12am again but then he started saying he wanted to hook up (kiss) my friend but that wasnt the girl he liked and he could see that i cracked it.
last saturday i was at a party and met a mate of his that goes to the same school as him and i got a little bit too drunk and said i wanted him and that i wouldnt mind if he was here tonight so his mate told him i wanted to hook up with him so on monday i met up with him after school at the local shopping center and we were chatting about the party after that when i got home i recived a message from him saying i know what you said emily i was totally freakin out then he messaged me saying that his mate tom told him i wanted him
then i said no and said look i was drunk i dont want you and stuff then he said are you sure and i told him i was posotive i didnt want to then my mate asked him for me do you want to hook up with emily and he said no
that was just after i told him i didnt want him.
i dont see why he would be so flirty and then all of a sudden change

can i get some advice to win him over??

after 4 1/2 months of being broken up, its like nothing has changed with scott and i, and we still have our weekly dramas.

so good he's been studying all the time at the moment, i dont get annoyed by him as much as normal.

yeh im with hanskies, ignore him and flirt like hell with his mates....its amazing how jealous they get haha
but from the way i read it he doesnt sound like a "nice" bloke, maybe cos im in a bad mood so nothing sounds great to me lol and if u just said that he doesnt like u, but likes someones else, but wants to kiss your friend....(and wanted to know if u wanted to hook up with him????is that right?)....how does that sound from an outsiders view?? to me it sounds terrible, sorry kinda blunt lol

i reckon hes changed cos hes totally freaked, like everyone does when they find out someone likes them that they werent expecting to.
