The poor bastard.
You could feel the emotion of the bloke when he had that little celebration on stage at the 1990 Grand Final. It was just the release of all that tension, off all those bastard painful injuries, those two shithouse Grand Final losses in 80',81'. He just let go and enjoyed that moment.

He was a throughly deserving Premiership player.

We love ya Banksy.

Banksy will always be my all time favourite Collingwood player. Deadset legend!

Colours are an illusion. There is only black and white.

Northern Pie and I love denis Banks so much that we named our best on ground competition after him. If any player in our History bled Black and white it would have to be DENIS BANKS!!!

Go PIES CRUSH THEM TIGES!!!!!

If your not bleeding Black and White, you don't truly support Collingwood!!!!!

I've had a crush on Denis Banks since I was 16 (and that was more than one or two years ago!! LOL!). And what a great player he was for the B&W - I can still picture him receiving his medallion in 1990. Here's to a happy and healthy future Denis.

GO PIES!

Marg
