Pendles was dominant in the first half, but faded slightly in the second, whereas Tarks was a machine all night. First half honours went to pendles, but Tarks 2nd half made up for it. Incredible job by both boys. |

Ill give my votes tomorrow after i watch a copy of the game...ive only listened to it on radio at the moment.
However im a bit sceptical at this early stage as to Tarks getting the votes. Obviously a brilliant game and had leather poisoning...but his direct opponent was simon black all night who he obviously decided he would leave free. I think this was very risky as Black dominated. I think Black getting over 30 touches is more dangerous than tarks doing the same. For this i dont know if he was bog as his opponent nearly single handedly kept the lions in the game. But still, if he played tight he wouldnt receive any votes as he would not have got much of the ball. He is in top nick.
As i said ill watch the game and compare which of the 2 was the dominant player on the ground and then will give my votes
