Congrats, bazdaddy. Take care on the roads.
Oh, and you shouldn't have to wait too long for the usual suspects to tell you how perfect their driving skills are, and to tell you how every P plater is useless.

Congrats mate, it's a pretty nerveracking test to take... I was shaking to begin with.
For gods sake don't be a typical w**ker like all my friends were and speed and drive like a maniac from the very first day. _________________ I would be ashamed to admit that I had risen from the ranks. When I rise it will be with the ranks... - Eugene Debs |

Nice work mate, yeah I only got my P's in January. There is a temptation at times to be silly on the roads, I find it useful to 'catch' myself at times if I'm doing something a little reckless, and ease off the accelerator or something. Gotta watch for those speed cameras, too _________________ All watched over by machines of loving grace |

Congrats. I remember getting mine. Lived in the country, the day I got it, I drove my mum and dad's statesman to Bendigo. It was much cooler driving their car than my datsun sunny.
Soooo, when do you go out and get your two new cars??? You know, one for driving around the city, and the other for your long trips? Those ones.

Congratulations!I know when I first got my P's,and the roads were wet (as they occassionaly are in Melbourne now) it was so easy to addidently speed up cause you can't feel the traction as well as normal (thats just what i found in my crappy little car anyway) _________________ Collingwood:Not just a club, but a way of life!

From an ex Mexican...well done on getting the 'P'.I leart to drive in Malvern,Hawthorn and around Glenferrie Road and the highway.I remember getting the car wheels stuck in the tram tracks on the main Glenferrie Road and it was nerve racking,BUT I still got the license. In those days there was no such thing as 'P' plates...this is going back 40 years ago,BUT I dont believe that much has changed.
I would drive a motor vehicle in Melbourne again.I would clear the place out and every one would get of the road and travel on the sidewalk...hehehehehehe
Gopod luck in getting them anyway. _________________ PeterWH VK2FPHR Membership No.248693
