What happened to Magpies Platinum?

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anybody knows what happened to Magpies Platinum? For those who don't know it's a place on the Collingwood web site where you can watch the Copeland Trophy, read articles by Chris Tarrant and watch exclusive videos. It costs $20 to $30, I can't remember the exact price off the top of my head. I would like to know where the special section is, because I paid for a membership back in December but I have been unable to use it and now I can't find it on the new official site. The official site only has information about a different type of subscription that allows you to watch full matches, but that is an AFL subscription and not a Collingwood subscription. I've contacted the club on three occassions over the last week, but each time they just took my details and said that somebody will get back to me. I wasn't a member of Platinum last year, but I was a Captain's member. This is my first year as a Platinum member and Legend's member and I'm keen to watch last years Copeland and take in the other benefits. Does anybody know if this feature will come back or will we get a refund?

Whether you've heard it from the club or just want to share your expectations that would be great.

I joined the Platinum section just two weeks ago, and the old website crew took my money without mentioning anything about their site closing - NOT impressed! I emailed them and asked what was going on and they have said they will refund my payment. Might be handy to have your receipt number (or transaction ID) and the date you paid.

Thanks very much for your assistance MargOz. Last night I was looking at the official site and I noticed that in the membership category, the Internet membership section was no longer available. So I thought it was doomed. Your response not only confirmed that, but it also gave me someone to contact. Thanks again.
