Hmm, I dunno... apart from Dave, and the multiple personalities of that pathetic low-life wanker and friends (and nobody would want them un-banned, not that it would make any difference), how many people actually have been banned? All of those were probably banned for a reason anyhow.
As for my vote (although its up to the mods, not us) I'd like to see Dave back.

It wasn't a dig at Dave, I just thought that if he was banned, which I assume he was only suspended? That others would lay claim to wanting to come back as well.
Personally I think he gets way too much flack because of some not giving him a friendly hint instead of bagging him (at one point, I offered to help via msn, but he chose not to use MSN again, fair enough I s'pose, I probably wouldn't want someone going over my posts like that either.)

I really haven't kept up, if anyone deserves to be banned for good it's that pathetic low-life wanker and his many, many little names and other gimmicks he tries to pass off. I do agree with you about having Dave back, he's not a bad bloke when given a chance, I just thought like you that it was a mods decision (I didn't do a good job of explaining that sorry Jacqui, LD)

Not true. He was not banned because of his name. But don't stop twisting the truth now.
The decision to ban or suspend DTM was made by the mods. That's their prerogative whether you like it or not and you've made your opinion of the mods here abundantly clear.
Now can I respectfully suggest that you stop the back seat moderating (which, incidentally, is worth another yellow card) .

I don't think he was fully banned I am assuming he was suspended, couldn;t say for what I don't think the moderators will let us know what he did wrong, but he has sometimes posted some threads that haven't had much to them.

Dave was annoying but that wasn't the reason he was banned,
He broke the rules and in such a way that it could have affected the integrity of this website,
i think that we will be opening a huge can of worms if we let him back,
that probably wouldn't be fair o0n other banned members.
if he is to come back i think the minimum length of absence has to be at least a year.

I didn't see what was the final straw , I did see some of the rubbish that led to him getting there.
IMO he should be very tightly reigned in if he is let back , which would not be my preference but is a call by the moderators.
I think it would be fitting and maybe a touch ironic in this case if we did a sacrifice where he came back at the expense of somebody else. Sort of like Fanning in , Brent Hall out.
