Just a quick thanks to all concerned in the motorcycle toy runs for charity this year, all round the country. We had another successful run here in Townsville (event #26), on Saturday the 9th Dec. with all toys collected going to the Salvation Army, for distribution to needy, underpriveliged kids this Xmas. Saw the event highlights in Adelaide (28th run ,I believe), also looked a successful fun day. It also payed respect to the 26 odd motorcylists killed this year. Would be good to hear some feedback from other states and cities if known. Well done guys and thanks to the MRA. _________________ Enjoy yourself. Its later than you think! |

Good turn out in Melb town - don't know numbers - shocking judge am I
May be wrong but the numbers may have been down on last year - but many regulars were missing in action due to CFA committments - the bushfire smoke was heavy and visors down was the go for the day as a result
2 up for us this year as me old throttle hand is out of action long term it seems
The old Z900 Kwaka looked a treat decked out in her finest green and gold tinsel
Fantastic effort by all involved and will make for a Merry XMas for many many families doing it tough - thumbs up as usual _________________ “The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.” |
