Why are we bored

Gee I will be glad top have Friday,Saturday & Sundays back at 2:00pm its got to the stage that its BORING??????
WHERES THE FOOTY.....
I notice that Leckie got the bullet today.One of thew reasons being that he didnt secure the AFL final series.Come on Mr.Packer,money cant buy everything,but it can go close.
Chuck me a few used $50's and I'll hope around the MCG on my bung leg.
Come on wake up to yourself will you.
You have Eddie McGuire to thank for securing the AFL on channel 9 not Leckie for loosing it.

My understanding is that Nine have a contract with the NRL to broadcast their finals which conflicts with the afl finals and so it ends up that ten have them since they have no commitments. As for being bored I'm playing lots of cricket so I'm not as bored as you but I do miss it.

Hi, I'm a bit of a newbie to this board so hi everyone. I can't wait for the footy to start either and the pies to start their mighty march to the finals. It's just not the same on the weekends without the footy. I'm glad that ten's got the footy finals in a way, they're a pretty good sports station in my view and have done well covering all the other events i've seen them cover so far... anyways, bye and Go Pies!

Yeh I would like to be able to go out and play some sport,bute with this disability that I've got it sort of restricts me some what.Oh well thems thar breaks.
