Third celebrity to pass away this year....Belinda Emmett.
Passed away in Sydney Hospital last night.

So Sad.

very sad news 32 is such a young age to leave this world, she wasnt a celebrity though, if anything she was a 3rd rate celebrity

My sympathies to her family and her husband Rove.
He really did stick by his woman in her greatest hour of need.

No offence, its sad......but who? (celebrity like the term hero), gets bandied around to commonly for mine.

Deepest sympathies all the same to those concerned.

Poor Rove. She really didn't look well last time I saw a picture of her but they always looked so happy together in photos. My condolences go to Rove and her family. How sad. I was hoping she'd get better.

It's sort of a lose-lose situation to argue such a point, but why is it so sad when a celebrity dies as opposed to anyone else?

All the same, to hear of someone dying at such a young age is sad to hear, especially as she had a husband.

it's not important whether or not she was a celebrity. She was a human and struggled for 8 years with breast cancer and then bone cancer. Rove stood by his woman from the moment he met her, and still knowing how ill she was they married and even 3 months ago were talking about having a family (adoption was mentioned).

Sadly, she was way to young to die from this horrible disease.

My sincere condolences to her family and her husband.

It's equally as sad if she was a celebrity or not. The question shouldn't be raised, the thread is dedicated to directing our sympathies towards her and the family not whether or it's sadder because she's a celeb or what forum it's in.
