does your list include delistings & retirees though? and can you trade draft picks?

You should include the real retirees although delistings are up to you.

if the rules are the same as last year you essentially play as if it were trade week. No need to make any delistings until the end of trade game. At the end of the game though you can only have a maximum of 35 players and up to 2 on the veterans list (if you have some that qualify)
