Can't imagine Brayshaw living out in Keilor Culprit. Which news service did you hear it on? The time of the incident was also 7:30 pm last night. Surely it would be leading the news if this was the case?

Neil Mitchel just mentioned the incident now on 3AW and went on to say that he's waiting on more information regarding who the person was and would not mention it on air until it's confirmed.
