Post subject: I ignored myself....Reply with quote

I have actually put myself on ignore. Just wanted to see if I could do it.
Unfortunately it's somewhat of an anticlimax.... I can't read my own posts any more.
Now I've got to work out how to change it back again Shocked.

In real life, if you had a choice, would you forget all the stupid things you had said? Even if it meant that everyone else still remembered. Or is it only stupid because we believe that's how other people saw it/see it.

Why am I even writing this? Because I'm bored? Possibly so. Or maybe it's because I just 'ignored' myself, and why would anybody actually do something like that unless other people knew that you'd done it? Why did I do it in the first place? Maybe Hal knows.

I know it's self indulgent, but it seemed like a good idea at the time.

I think you have been drinking too much of the red ink that was bothering you the other week.

I think you're right....

One of the few things I actually like about Canberra is the road system... every road is unique so you know where you are. In Melbourne I got lost walking around the city because there's that grid system.

I thought they were banned now. Last time I went to Fyshwick I couldn't buy them, even though I had a licence which hadn't run out of date yet.

Porn Porn Porn! That's what I think of when I hear Canberra!

Canberra = Porn & Marajuana
Melbourne = Beer and Meat Pies
Hobart = Old People (never been there but that's the image I get from my parents)
Adelaide = Strange telegraph poles and diesel trains (Seriously, who uses Diesel trains these days!)
Perth = Shops not open til late, lots of Japanese food!
NT = It's bloody hot. And if it's raining, it's still bloody hot.
Darwin = Friggin hot and windy.
Brisbane = Friggin hot, humid, beachy, relaxing, and no bastard uses an indicator when changing lanes on the road!!!
Sydney = Stuck up Gucci wearing snobs with bottles of Moèt in hand, poisonous fish and too many racists.

Very Happy

yeah these days I think the only places you can get fireworks (legally) are "adult shops". There were some fireworks places in Fyshwick but they generally eventually get closed down, from what I'm aware.

It was pretty funny, I was once outside one fireworks place (that I think has since closed down) and they had a sign on the door saying (paraphrasing) "if you are a policeman or undercover policeman we will have to ask you to leave, as you are trespassing." Laughing

Nah, Lindisfarne is full of elderly people, Hobart it's self is full of Teenagers and people from the age of 20-30

I'm not sure why people get tgat about Tassie, if you checked out the malls you'd see there's more teenagers then adults Laughing
