A few surprises this week when I noticed some peoples avatars were animated, eg. Tess (whip cracking), Joffa (bug crawling) and Culprit etc...
It's only happened on one or two occasions though and like at the moment they are mostly stagnant.
Does anyone know why they wouldn't be on constantly?
Oh, and another one was the Rolling Eyes emoticon, only happened once. Are they all animated and if so why aren't they always on

I'm on broadband and I don't have any problems with performance, I'm thinking it could be firewall or security/privacy settings?

This might be a long shot, but maybe there is some setting in your web browser that makes gif images (like Joffa, Tess and Dale's avatars) unmoving. Other than that I have no idea. I'm on dial up and my browser is Internet Explorer, and it works fine, so it seems strange that it doesn't work for people on broadband.
