Pretty strong side out there this week, the loss of their backline may hurt, will be interesting to see Rusling back there but with Cam back they should crush Nth Ballarat to keep their 3rd spot, Nth Ballarat will stay in 7th whether they win or lose likely so its a big game for Willy to keep a gap over the teams below them

It'd be great to see Licca fire and win his way back. Time for Rhyce to again step up to the plate.

The Seniors are about 40 points down at 3/4 time, pretty much gone Sad Looks like the loss of J Cloke out of the back line has hurt us.

shite - probably best way to describe that performance. At home a chance to keep that one game buffer (at least) from Coburg and we blow it. Hardly won a position on the ground. Had a period at the end of the 3rd and start of the last quarter where we had a small sniff, but very small. Killed ourselves in the second quarter with 6 or 7 behinds on the trot.

Whilst it didn't hand them the game it was yet another superb performance by the VFL umpiring fraternity. Proving yet again that win, lose or draw we constantly are on the wrong end of some absolute sh*t.

I usually give a run down of the Collingwood players but no one did anything. Licca's stats may show a lot of the pill but his disposal was more than ordinary. Rowie went missing for great periods, Yakka had 10 minutes in the last quarter. Shawy had an absolute shocker, Fanning, Richards no influence.

Cam Cloke, good to see back but then he went and played one of his childish petulant games that he is prone to. Yes you got a bad decision against you, but grow up and play on. Instead spent the rest of the game just trying find someone to clean up, that is all, certainly has a chip on his shoulder at times.

Young Toovey didn't do muchwrong but didn't have the run he has been getting so a victory for Nth Ballarat.

The shining light was John Anthony, completely towelled up LeCras, outmarked him, ran off him, held his tackles, but had very little support.

To be fair if you picked on form there wouldn't be to many changes to the Collingwood side next week, though there will be changes of course due to the unfortunate Leon injury.

Just a final thing to leave with to show how great the umpires are, John Anthony gets a free kick on the defensive edge of the centre square, gets 50m where does he end up taking the kick?

For those of you who said the man on the mark would be 7-8m inside the attacking side of the centre square, meaning Anthony would be taking his kick just past the centre circle (reminder he got a 50m penalty on the defensive edge of the centre square) you would be correct.

Would barely have been 30m, yet Cam gets one against him right on the wing and they take a shot from 25 out. To long for a 50m and to short if it was two 50m penalties (as he kept gobbing off at the umpire). So bloody inept these blokes, fair dinkum.

No Rusling wasn't all that good, to be fair the delivery to the forwards was ordinary. But they were able to run it out of defence without to much pressure which goes on the likes of Cook and Rusling.

Seriously if you were asked to give votes for Towners today you'd be hard pressed to pick 5 good players.

I'd say Anthony, daylight, Johnson
