Anyone got footage of this? Spitting is gross, but he should of punched him instead. I hate Sam Newman with a passion. He should be banned from TV - No wonder why his ex ran over him with her car.

Sam is a bit of a shock jock, but it's what he's paid for. Personally, I like him most of the time. Don't see why he would deserve to be spat at.

I love Sam he's a legend. Spitting is disgraceful he should of had more than a half hearted punch to the face.

You guys realise that most of Sams persona is a media driven put on. The wife of a good mate of mine used to be the hotel supervisor at the Sherraton Towers. She said Sam would say there at least two nights a week and that he was the most polite customer at the place. She speaks of him being helpfull and sweet and a bit of a softy. She also told me the worst person to come in the place was Don Burke. He got banned from the Sherraton for indecent acts toward the staff. Sam should have kicked the little germs coit.
