Montenegro declared its independence yesterday.

It's the fifth nation to emerge from the former republic of Yugoslavia, joining Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Croatia. Kosovo may follow as well some time in the future.

| Dave, conquering does not necessarily imply military rule. There are economic, social, political and strategic aspects of conquering. For example, the US has "conquered” South Korea. |

Well I think the South Koreans would be pretty happy that they were 'conquered' by the US and not North Korea
