3. Bucks (that was a Carey-esque performance)
2. Dids (class, class, class + workrate)
1. Burns (Burnsy at his best)

Heater and Locks not far behind.

Bump.

I'd liked to have given a vote to Cara for his courage.

3 votes: Buckley - el maestro just keeps piling on the credits
2 votes: Burnsie - right back to his best in the middle of the packs where the hard work was done
1 vote: Johnno - tireless all night and instrumental in keeping the ball moving forward

I thought the significant stat of the night was the clearances. At 3/4 time, we had 29 to Brisbane's 14 (I haven't seen the full game stats yet) and I thought that was where the game was won: in the trenches. And it was such a gutsy performance, I think all 22 players should get one (bonus) vote for what they did last night.

with apologies to the backline and Didak. Other unsung hero's were Davis who attracted a lot of attention and kept players like Aka and Power out of the action for periods of the game and Rocca who worked really hard. Richards is a bit of an unsung hero from last night as well.

Tough call made on Didak, who was exceptional in the last quarter and did the smart things in the first half.
Josh Fraser also stiff to miss out - thought his performance in tandem with Guy was solid.
Heater - makes it hard to leave him out, but the contribution of Burns in the middle was too good to overlook.
