I just hope that he will end the suffering for the family - and tell them where their son is buried so they can farewell him and have peace |

28 years non parole.
Will be 73 when released.
Let's hope future governments don't go soft. |

You are correct, she was there.
She was assaulted and almost raped/killed.
So yes, she had somethign to do with it. |

I wasn't there.
Either were you.
But, an Australian police force, an Australian court have both found the man responsible.
Neither have charged or tried Lees.
I reckon I may be right.
As usual. |

Have we even proved that Falconio is in fact dead? No body was ever found, and Joanne Lees has changed her story so many times, you cannot sort fact from fiction.
I mean, why did he leave her to live? Surely he would of killed her as well, even if she did get free, he would of at least tried to track her down and kill her...
From day one this case made no sense, she at first didn't see her attacker, then she magicly remembered his face? Come on, that should of raised some sort of suspicion about all this.
It's funny how a jury can convict a person with no evidence of any involvement. _________________ Ðavâgé

Hahahaha....did you even follow the case?
DNA in the vehicle. Falconio's blood on his shirt.
Pool of blood on the highway. Matches blood on shirt.
Eyewitness account of a gunshot.
Eyewitness identification.
Plenty of people convicted without a body being found. If a Not guilty verdict was a sure thing in that case, then I'm sure a lot less bodies would ever be found.
This scumbag is a drug runner. This scumbag was released on a technicality a couple of years ago on a charge of rape of a 14 y.o. girl.
Why did he leave Lees alive after shooting Falconia? Simple, he was not into necrophilia.
He wanted her to feel him.
Sick puppy, wish he had the balls to top himself. |

I'm saying that sure he could have shot him, and attempted to kill him, but did he in fact die.
There was a case in America where someone was jailed for murder when there was no proof a murder was ever committed. The person never showed back up.
I am using there not being a body to say that, there could of been someithing else going on. Knowing that Lees has changed her story many times does seem to make things seem a bit strange, wouldn't you think?
Sure this guy is scum, but if someone else was involved in the murder, shouldn't they go down as well?
I cannot see a "cold blooded" murderer letting her go, without chasing her down and trying to kill her as well. Most murderers who kill people make sure no one is left to ID them.
No one but Lees, Falconio and Murdoch know what happened, and Lees and Murdoch haven't said anything that can be believed. And Falconio, well he cannot speak as he is dead. _________________ Ðavâgé
