OK I know this sounds a bit pedantic... but for some reason this pisses me off, when people write 'wrapped' in the context "the draft pick was wrapped to be drafted by Collingwood." The correct word is rapt isn't it? I checked Google for definitions of both words, Rapt means "ecstatic, feeling great rapture or delight."... Wrapped means covered in plastic, however it was mentioned as an Australian slang word meaning practically the same thing as rapt... so does this mean that it is a malapropism that became a slang word? I'm confused. Anyhow don't see this post as some spelling nazi rant, I just saw it used frequently in newspapers and was sure it was wrong.
