Mags thats a pethetic picture of a pathetic ground mate but if I wanted to see the trash I would have went out the backyard of my place and looked at the garbage bin LOL

Thanks mags but i have already been there mate a couple of years ago when we played the swans in an ansett cup match.and it was 40 degrees in the shade and you guessed it we got beat,im looking forward to evening up the ledger on sunday afternoon.

DONT BRING A KNIFE TO A GUNFIGHT...sean connery...the untouchables !!...DARREN MILLANE SIMPLY THE BEST...BETTER THAN ALL THE REST #42..GO OUR GLORIOUS BLACK AND WHITE MAGPIES FOR EVER UNTIL DEATH!!

I think you'll be pleasantly surprised about Manuka Oval, it's a top little ground with a great atmosphere (and full strength beer available!)

And the weather forecast is the same as what Melbourne is going to be tomorrow so don't whinge!

Looking at those pictures of Manuka Oval, I'd say it's probably a bit like the rest of Canberra ...

... a good sheep paddock ... ruined.

Manuka is an excelent ground in top nick. Similar surface to the "G" and almost the same dimensions. The only problem with Manuka is that it only holds about 15,000.
