Did anybody see the show last night?

I admit, as a huge INXS fan I was a little suspicious about how this was going to appeal to anyone, but after watching last night I think it's actually going to be an interesting show!

I'm not one for much "reality" tv (I hate Amer/Aus Idol, and anything like that), but the whole thing just got straight into it, without watching hours of painful auditions from people with no idea. The performers were generally very good, and they already eliminated a contestant - all in one hour!

I'm hooked I think! (BTW my early tip is the dude with the huge mohawk!)

theres a replay of it tonight,i also watched and my top 3 are the guy with a mohawk,the chick that sang the janis joplin song,and the chick that was 1st to start the singing.

Just so you all know:

It's on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm (was intro show this week, not sure what it will be in the upcoming weeks), Wednesday's @ 8:30pm (performance show and voting opportunity), Thursday's @ 7:30 pm (elimination show). Obviously, it is on FOX 8 (+2) 2hours after each!

There are some replays at different times on FOX 8 as well.

And after watching the performances last night - I will stick with Ty (the mohawk dude!). I think goodbye to the girl who sang the Eagles song! I mean you can't sing "We're the Eagles - we're flying high!!" (joke)

How on earth does Deanna get voted off the show after a good performance on wednesday night,and how on earth doesnt Jordis get voted after her shocking performance on wednesday night,its got me totally stumped thats for sure........

i'm with you p4e, although i would have hated to see Jordis voted off. I just want that a*sehole J.D. voted off. YEah he can sing, but he's a pompous bastard who manipulates everyone. IF he won, he wouldn't last long with the band, they'd get rid of him.
