Post subject: The great midi /schooner debate. | |
|
I was at subi and they were called plastic bloody cups.$4 worth so they told me although about 50c went on the concrete.
But in WA they call a 10oz a midi a 7oz is a glass a 5oz is a pony and a schooner is a 15oz glass.
Boxes are called cartons not slabs, and a lot of people just drink stubbies over the bar anyway.and a 30 can pack is called a block.
And its not a bad drop,i drink carlton mid strength same as you get in victoria.and thats what they put in the plastic bloody cups at subi as well thank goodness.Id hate to pay $4 for a lousy beer.
As for lousy beer I was glad when Id had enough of southwark and tooheys in my travelling days.
Yuk.
