Star Wars Episode III

Who has seen it? What did you think?

I took the day off work today and went to see it this morning. It was awesome! Much better than eps I and II

I won't say too much as I don't want to spoil it for anyone.

I don't understand the concept of the fighting in the movie.
They know how to make spaceships and fly around, yet they choose to fight their enemies with swords (lightsabers). Wouldn't they have been better of using guns. At least the Jedi movement would have been able to last a lot longer.

It wouldn't be quite as dramatic isf the jedis came out and blew everyone away with miniguns would it? The lightsabers are one of the things that make Star Wars special. Besides they have the force to work with.

I'm seeing it on Saturday Night, should be good - I've heard its a big improvement on the last two. Also doesn't have a happy ending from what I've heard so I'm looking forward to it.

It was an awesome movie. Much darker that the 2 preceding movies. Full of action and extremely dramatic nearing the end.

The acting was far better than EPs I and II. Hayden Christensen was very good at being evil.

The opening scene was jaw dropping featuring more than a minute of all out war in the upper atmosphere of Coruscant.

Can't say too much more without spoiling it for eveyone else.

GO AND SEE THIS MOVIE!!!!

I went on opening day 1977 as a 10 year old and I am glad to say I was there at midnight to be a part of the end. The film was mind blowing and I cant wait to go back this weekend and see it again. Dark, evil and in parts disturbing,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I loved it. To those who have seen it, how good was that first 5 minutes of action?

"There is another" is Yoda's words referring to Leia. This is rebuttle for the line that "Luke is our last hope."

The movie is much better than the first 2. Hayden Christensen went to acting school in between 2 and 3 and learned a little - thank god!!

Top notch movie but........ not really a spoiler because everyone knows he turns to the dark side to become vader..... but....... I was disappointed with how quickly he turned and the way in which he turned - pretty mild really.
