I think it is up to Joffa to report the abuse. When you do that Joffa, you will need the ip address and the times, but stress that this is only the most recent of a prolonged period of abuse. If you need a copy of the system log which shows times and urls of all his movements just ask. I have copies of his posts if you need them.
