Hi guys, how are things ?
I'm just after some info off you. I am making the trip from Traralgon this Friday night for one of the few games I can get to this year, but have never been to a game at Colonial. Can someone please tell me where would be the best place to park, the best area to sit and where in the ground the Locker Room is if I was to venture there?
Thanks guys ........

There is parking opposite Colonial, on Yarra River side and on Docklands side - it is $6.50. Otherwise you can park in the city and walk across the bridge (from Bourke Street). Parking underneath Colonial is expensive ($10 or $11).
I think all ground level seating is reserved (though it's usually easy enough and empty anough to sneak in), otherwise you have to sit in the top level (seats are ok there but ground level is better cos you can hear all the players talking to one another and you feel really close to the action and involved in it all).
Locker Room is on ground level between Gates 2 and 3 (which is where you'd probably enter the ground if you choose to park in the surrounding car parks, which are fairly clearly marked).

i have to take my dad to see Bulldogs Vs Essenscum on july 6th at colonial. As it's a friday and a 2 hour drive I'm pressed for time so I reserved parking at Colonial. $12.74 (ouch) but will save me heaps of time.
